When you fill out and save your Profile, your saved Profile can be viewed by prospective employers. Our “Featured Jobs” section allows you to view the latest job vacancies posted by the employers and the consultants and you can apply for the suitable jobs. And even you can refer your PALs for the suitable jobs.
We process, monitor, review, store and analyse the content for data analysis, quality control, enforcement of our Terms, and improvement of our services. Examples of such improvements would be optimizing our search results, improving job postings, matching you with a job posting or employer, ensuring you are provided with personally relevant product features and communications, and preventing fraud and spam. As a result of this activity, or due to technical malfunction, in certain circumstances such content may be delayed or may not be delivered to the intended recipient. By providing user content through JobzAlly, you acknowledge that this activity is necessary for maintaining the quality of JobzAlly and for providing the JobzAlly Service.
Based on the profile provided, your resume shall be accessible to potential employers. You can store your resume on our servers and make it searchable by third parties/employers/recruiters.
If you wish to keep your profile status anonymous, or you wish to keep the resume confidential you have to write to email@example.com. Only those employers will have access to the information to which you have applied for a job/opening.
You may edit, update and remove your resume at any time but parties who have access to our database (while your resume or profile was visible) may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files. We cannot be held responsible for such retention/storage. You should always remember that once you post your resume on our website, anybody will have access to the same and we do not have any control over such access and use of your resume/information by third parties. In case you have written to us on firstname.lastname@example.org to make your profile status is anonymous but you apply for a job on our website, the prospective employer will also be able to retain a copy of your Resume and Profile.

This agreement will be extended automatically for a further period of similar duration, unless otherwise specified or terminated by the Company or by the User through a written communication to the Company seeking withdrawal of services on or before at least 2 months from the date of expiry of the agreement. The Company will accordingly raise an invoice basis the prices of services prevailing at the time of extension/renewal of this agreement and all other terms and conditions of the agreement shall remain unchanged.

However, company assumes no liability for any erroneous information posted by any of the Users. Company also assumes no liability for the credentials of the prospective Employer, which are sent in the job mail to the User.
It is the sole responsibility of the Users to ensure that the information shared on the website is accurate and suits their requirements. The Users have to conduct appropriate background checks to ensure the genuinity and bonafideness of the said information. The company makes no representation or warranty with regard to the same.
Company does not warrant that the jobs sent in the job mail will be relevant to the profile.
Company also does not warrant a satisfactory response from the Employers on the resume of a User being uploaded.
Company further does not warrant that job emails will be sent to the Users on a daily basis.
Company is not liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, or of the resume/ insertion or information/data or particulars supplied by User due to acts of god as well as reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any cause(s) or conditions that are beyond Company’s control.
Users agree and acknowledge that they shall access this website exclusively for their own purposes. Usage of the same for commercial purposes without obtaining a prior written consent from Company is prohibited.
The Users are prohibited from using this website in any way, which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
