Over all Experience: 6-8 Years

Relevant Experience: 6+  years

Mandatory Skills: Teamcenter + Catia
Shift timings: 3PM to 12 PM midnight

Detailed JD

·         Experience in automotive thermal management system design and packaging.

·         Good exposure to EV battery and e-powertrain thermal management.

·         Hands-on expertise in CATIA V5/V6 or Siemens NX.

·         Strong knowledge of:

·         Coolant hose and pipe routing

·         Battery cooling systems

·         HVAC and refrigerant circuits

·         Pumps, valves, chillers and heat exchangers

·         Thermal component packaging

·         Hose joints and quick connectors

·         Brackets, clips and clamps

·         Plastic, rubber and sheet-metal component design

·         GD&T and tolerance analysis

·         DFM/DFA

·         Understanding of cooling/heating circuit architecture, coolant flow, pressure drop, heat transfer, sealing, vibration, NVH and durability considerations.

·         Knowledge of vehicle-level packaging and interface management.

·         Good supplier and cross-functional coordination skills.
