Consultant Service

A consultant registered as a recruitment consultancy or as an individual looks for the right candidate profiles whenever there are job openings from employers, and refers suitable profiles to JobzAlly. From there JobzAlly acts as the co-ordinator, matching a vacancy with the right profile referred by the consultant.

If the profile is shortlisted and hired by the employer, then on completion of six months of employment from the date of joining, both the consultant who referred the profile and the job seeker are eligible for rewards from JobzAlly. Payment Terms & Conditions apply.
