JobzAlly, the Consulting Engine, supports you in employing people quickly without wasting your time or productivity. Sign a consultancy agreement with Aapta TDS to use JobzAlly, and register as an employer.
Registered employers can sign in to JobzAlly, post all their open positions, and edit or delete a posting. An approved job description should be in place before a requisition is prepared to fill a position.
JobzAlly sends suitable profiles to the employer. Your Human Resources staff screen applicants down to the best qualified and forward them to the hiring manager. The hiring unit is expected to interview all referred applicants. If no suitable candidate is found after interviewing them, the hiring unit may request additional candidates, including the reasons the initial referrals were not acceptable.
Once interviews are complete, the hiring unit should conduct reference checks with the top candidate’s current and previous employers. JobzAlly is not responsible for background verification of the candidate.
