DescriptionJob Profile:
- Review the inspectors activities on daily basis
- Shift management and work allocation to inspectors
- Conducting daily meeting with inspectors
- Maintain internal & external rejection PPM within target.
- Clear the rejection in day itself and ensure
- To carryout inspection at incoming/in process and/ final stage in case of inspector absence / as & when required.
- Set up approval of Cable cutting, stripping, crimping, connector locking, Sub assy and final assy.
- Ensure First off / Last off inspection and preparing inspection reports
- Carrying out Quality activates / inspection to new product development
- Monitoring and ensure the Poke Yoke
- Preparing of PFMEA, control plan, Inspection standard, sampling plan, quality alert, one point lesson,
- Handling of customer complaint
- RCA and CAPA to customer complaint
- Communication with customer for General/customer complaints/ customer support
- To raise non-conformance in case of incoming and in process deviations
- Raise the deviation request
- To stop the production in case of Non-conformance observed
- Kaizen / Continual improvement in their area of activities
- Controlling product quality
- Review & Ensure the Identification of good and bad products by tag
- Review & ensure the Maintaining of inspection reports & traceability records
- Monitoring of Internal Rejections
- Carrying out calibration activities
- Maintaining IATF 16949: 2016 QMS procedures
- Clear the daily rejection and maintaining rejection register
- Monitoring Rework process and carrying out re inspection
- To ensure that closure of audit NC’s within prescribed time
- Process Knowledge in Cable cutting, crimping, connector locking, sub assy. and final assy.
- Basic Knowledge on IATF 16949, ISO 9001 QMS
- Follow up of control plan, PFMEA and quality inspection standards
- Maintaining of 5’s activity, to ensuring safety, discipline in the shop floor.
Skills and Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of inspection for Wiring harness processes and trouble shooting
- Knowledge of IATF 16949: 2016 , ISO 9001 : 2015 QMS
- Knowledge of Control plan, PFMEA, Inspection standard, Sampling plan
- Location: Anekal, Aggondapalli
- Experience Required: Freshers and Experienced upto 5 years
